Steering wheel cowling removal

I hope this will help.
I have a cowl in my office to replace steering wheel with wood inserts so i can tell you where the (3) three screws are that hold on the top cowling.
At the rear by dash there is a screw post on each side that are about 3/8 inch in from gasket edge at the start of the bend roll to the sides. The third one is on the left of center looking at the dash just past the drop in level change on the cowl. Probably going to get in there upside down or with mirror and light to find out where these are located while looking up through the steering column area.
Let m know as I will try to change mine out in the near future.
Good luck.
Seems to me I have seen a post on this in the forum in the past ,but no luck now. I am sure one of the moderators will chime in and give you a better idea.

I finally managed to get it off last night. There are 3 or 4 screws holding the top cowl on that are awkward to get to, mainly obscured by the wheel adjustment latches and wires. I recommend using a magnetic screwdriver as getting them out is awkward and putting them back in is going to be tricky at best.

Google "Screw Starter".
Ullman F-2 | Screw Starters
This helps. The other trick is to install the rear screws first and you can tilt the cover up slightly to see. It gets easier the second time.
