If it was my car, I would check for vacuum leaks, try adjusting the TPS again, then call ASI if I was still stuck.
When I got my TB from ASI I had the high idle condition which tells me that they don't really adjust the TPS before they send the units out, but I could be wrong. I spent some time with the adjustment because I did it on the car, did a hard reset, then ran the engine and let the computer "re-learn" everything. No problems after that.
Hi sorry for being a bother but after I tried adjusting the tps I realised I came out too high on the adjustment and the rpm just went into overdrive after I erased the codes and did a hard reset. Then I noticed that the coolant was leaking under the hood not sure where its leaking from but I see it is flowing down like water from a tap after I switched off the ignition at the front bumper near the passenger side of the car any help would be appreciated Thank you for helping me out
that sounds like the engine coolant overfill, let the car cool down to ambient and check your coolant level. When the coolant cools it gets sucked back into the system it's called the expansion tank.
RPM 'overdrive' what exactly does that mean, how long did the engine run in this state?
Be very careful about what you do with the throttle, did you have a multimeter to test the outputs and get it in that area before fitting? If so, send it back.
I have same problem, xx months trying to solve the P0121 problem. Finaly today i change the throttle body. Connected battery back, started the car, idles goes up to 3000rpm, then slowly goes down, but stopped at 1100rpm. before the temperature reach normal, system fault and there is code P0507 - idle control sytem higher than expected ;/
May be position of screws on TPS cause of high idle?

thanx for any help
That is most likely the problem, the normal throttle startup is 1500rpm, then back down to almost stall, then settles at 550-600.
If you adjust the position, try and set it as close to the 'old TB'. If it's still running higher than normal, a very, very small adjustment in the same direction to bring the rpm down.
So unfortunately it's even worse, there is P1229 - Throttle motor control circuit malfunction
What I did today, better in present time:
- remove positive cable from batery
- disconnect all available connectors and clean it once again, finaly use nano electric isolator
- move TPS close to original (on old TB) position
- connect everything back
- for a few hours I let it go
- connect the battery
- insert key to ignition
- Failsafe mode comes immediately after turning the key to the second position and can not be deleted any way.
maybe tomorrow I will put old TB back and I will live with occasional P0121
