Anyone have a parts car with the sunroof (retractable roof) mechanism? My motor is good, just all the plastic parts have gotten brittle and started breaking making my roof inoperable and stuck in the vent position. I need to get one asap so I can replace it. Thanks all.

Jagbits Jaguar Parts: Sunroof Parts

 

There is Jaguar Heaven in Stockton. I had one but had to use it on one of my projects. The previous owner parked under a walnut tree with top left open and broke the plastic parts.

 

Does manual closing work? Take the center roof console off (open sunglasses case, take the screw out, it just slides off afterwards), stick a screwdriver in that center axle of the motor and turn until it closes.
