Default Supercharger Paint

Hello all, I want to touch up the paint on my Supercharger (2000 XJR). I got a bit too aggressive with the cleanup and rubbed off the paint. Does anyone know a specific paint that matches the factory grey?

Thanks!

I'm pretty sure its paint. It came off with just some simple carb cleaner. I'd be surprised if power coat came off that easy.

Same issue, I have a gold-ish finish on the intercooler parts that is missing
right in the middle, where it is a bright silver.

What colour showed once you rubbed off the finish? Was is bronze (gold-ish)
and when it came off it was silver underneath?

I was considering taking a top plate into a paint firm and getting a close match - contacting Jaguar was a dead end on a paint code. If I get a match I'll update the thread.

ianclements- yeah, mine had a yellowish/goldish primer underneath the grey topcoat and then underneath that, the bright silver. Which I assume is the base aluminum.

Sean B- sounds great, let us know
