Default Supercharger, pulley from mustang M112

I am planning on upgrading my 98 jaguar XJR for more power. I’m trying to find out if I can use a mustang M112 supercharger snout or just the pulley to mount onto my supercharger. Or even swap out the supercharger internal shaft to a mustang to mount the pulley onto that instead would this be possible? Has anybody done it before? Let me know y’all what do you suggest I try?

What are you trying to get from the Mustang unit? Wouldn't it be cheaper to just sell the Mustang blower and buy the correct upgrade pulley for the jag blower?

Or is it a snout that's already been machined down and you're trying to avoid having to do the same for the jag blower?

first of all. Welcome to the x308 club. being a long time owner with a long list of modifications on x308. If I may say a few words. despite the same name of the SC as M1112. the applications of M1112 blower on the Cobra Mustang and our XJR/XKR are very different in many ways. they are pretty much not interchangeable ( please not open up a new topic you can modify it, but you need to think logically time and effort/money you are investing on) . First they are bolt 180 degree up side down depends you compare from which to which one. the snout length is diffenent...so don't try to think you just swap a mustang version of M1112 on your XJR and you are opened to all of the mustang SC performance parts available in the market which we know it is a lot lot more to choose.

in short and immediate term, you can do the SC pulley upgrades, I'd recommend all of the products from Power House UK.

in intermediate term. if you want to /with enough budget .you can do the SC rebuild , internal portion on top of the SC pulley upgrades.

last , if money is not even a concern to you, you can do a Twin Screw SC or even a engine swap..if your pocket is thick and deep.

remember..this is a jaguar. over 20 plus years old ..not a honda civic...everything ONE thing you touch...you may need to either replace and upgrade many other related and connected parts ...you are going to spend a lot of money and there is NO cheap mod for big power here.

good luck
