Aye, you can't just swap supercharger internals beause the TVS & Eaton have different inlet port shapes & outlets to match the twist angles of the internal rotors. If the port timing, shape & position is not correctly matched to the rotor shape & twist angle, then you can get a situation where a particular rotor position uncovers both the inlet port & the outlet port at the same time-resulting in the pressurised air built up in the inlet manifold backflowing to the supercharger inlet.
