Can you be more specific with what bolts you removed? I can email you the procedure to remove it if you can open the xps? file.

there is a single bolt a 10mm i think.. holding it down under the charger.. been a while since i did one.. but wasnt fun.. i think you need a 10 mm ratcheting wrench to get at it.

The 10mm bolt is right under the intake elbow if you haven't already found it. I have never tried to get that one out without taking out the intake elbow, and also JTIS is advising first to take out the intake elbow. Hope this helps.

that elbow is hard to come out and harder to put back in..lol

Good stuff monkeyboy, as slowly more superchargers are getting worn more people need to take on this job, and this would save some time in the swap (especialy for those with EGRs).

would like to know if you can possibly email me the procedure for supercharger removal as well as thermostat/waterpump replacement for a 99 xjr. your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
