suspension settings from scratch

Hi all.
Im getting close to sorting out this beast, ive fully rebuilt the front and rear suspension and as you would expect she rides like a pig as the settings for camber and tracking are miles out.
Im getting her booked in for 4 wheel tracking up but i dont have too much confidence in a spotty kid that can just do the tracking on a ford escort to set up the Jag and i refuse to use the main ste@lers! (odd how that word was blocked out on the draft as though it really was a swear word!..lol)
Id like to set the camber to a nominal base line setting so i can see what adjustments have been made and back track if i dont like the way she handles.
Obviously i dont have the kit to do this....its on my ebay wish list!
Can anyone give me the position of the ajustable wishbone bolts standard positions judged by the indicators on the bolt head excentric washers, two per lower wishbone on the front and one per wishbone on the rears.
Theres no point giving me degrees etc, i have them, i just need a visual guide to set things up to the best standard setting before tweeking.
Thanks muchly,
Howie.

They are going to be different for every vehicle due to variances
in wear and even build tolerances.
About the best you can do is presume that the factory would want
equal adjustment in each direction and set them at their midpoints.
If what you want is to be able to get to the alignment shop, then tracking
is the most important setting and that can be done using strings.
The tutorials can be found using the terms: diy string alignment

Well......i went to BSMART in leeds to have the full 4 wheel tracking treatment after id fully rebuilt my suspension......all i can say is AVOID!!!!!!!!
They claim on their web site to be experts in the tracking field and promised me they were very used to jags on a daily basis...!!.......so how come they have made my rear toe MUCH worse than i set it...i was only 0.02 degrees out by setting them to a neutral position as proved by the "before" print out, they have set it 0.53 out.....it handled like a pig....his explination was that the excentric washers on the front of the rear lower suspension bolts were damaged in that they wernt rotating the same as the bolt heads .......yeah!....that because the rears are not like the fronts which adjust camber, its not a "D" holed washer making it turn excentric but a standard washer making only the rear bolt heads excentrically rotate hence adjusting the toe!!
they also claim to have set the rear camber but when i asked what sized shims were needed he just looked away and said it didnt need any, they just used the adjuster bolts....that dont exsist!!!!...the only way to adjust the camber on the rear is by way of shimming the drive shafts......
He also said how much he loved these 4X4 XJR's.........4X4??????....did he even open his eyes?
The car tramlined to a scary degree and self steared from the rear so i was forced to stop at a local garage to ask for their help....when they had stopped laughing at the print out they fixed things, she now tracks true........ REMEMBER THE NAME IF YOUR IN THE LEEDS AREA..."BSMART".........AND AVIOD THEM!!!!

Regarding the rear hub bolt, I don't think theres a D-washer anyway, just a "D" shaped flange on the bolt head as this diagram :
Hub Carrier and Hub Assembly-Rear - Parts For XJ Series from (V)812317 to (V)F59525 (X308) | Jaguar Heritage Parts UK
The front wishbones do have matching D-washers however which owing to the partly chafered bolt thread and the washer hole can only br fitted one way to match the bolt flange.
You are right - the rear camber does need shims to adjust - my garage acknowledged this and said thay set the car up the best they could without tearing down the halfshafts which I was happy with.
