Default torque converter drain

Would anyone know if the torque converters on the 98-03 XJRs all came with drain plugs? Do they refill by adding transmission fluid as you normally would when changing the fluid? Or, is there some procedure that should be followed when draining/refilling the converter?

I think the drain plug was only available up until 98 or 99. I know that my 01 does not though I wish it did.

My XJR has the drain plug, so at least until 99.
