Default Transmission fluid leak

1998 Jaguar XJR 115000 miles

I recently replaced the transmission pan gasket and refilled the transmission (using the special dipstick tool and measuring the temp of the tranny to ensure its filled correctly) and it still has a leak coming from the transmission although it appears maybe it wasn't the pan gasket to begin with. The leak is coming from the front corner of the transmission on the passenger side. It seems that it is leaking from above the pan and running down to the said bolt/corner of the pan and dripping down. I've looked on the forums and haven't been able to find any similar problems but I'm going to keep looking.

Has anyone had a similar leak on their car? Do you think maybe the pan itself is warped and not sealing on that corner? It looked fine when I took it off but I might have missed it. I'm going to take an inspection camera to it and do some investigating. Any help to point me in the right direction would be appreciated.

I thought the electrical plug was located in a different corner on the transmission, seems to be that is my most likely culprit. Will replace the o-rings on the plug and update to see if that fixes it.

On the XJR the Electrical connector is indeed on the passenger front corner. I replaced mine a couple of months ago for same reason.
