I just purchased my first Jag (2003 XJR), and the only thing from the Lemon Squad inspection that concerns me is the amount of undercarriage rust. How much should I worry about this? What's the best course for keeping the car nice long term? (I'm somewhat new to working on cars myself, but eager to learn.)
Agree, looks like minor surface rust. Might be worth finding a place that does underbody sprays like "Crown" in Canada, or do the equivalent yourself (I spray "Fluidfilm" every fall).
