Default Unlocking with a key

If I unlock the car with a key, either the valet key or the regular key, the windows start to roll down immediately. I understand that the windows should roll down after a short delay while holding the key in the rotated position. On my car, there is no delay. The windows immediately attempt to roll down when the key is turned. Any ideas if this can be adjusted? Thank you!

Did you do this immediately after you lock the car / roll everything closed?
Mine does that, seems the module has a delay in de-activating.
Try lock with key, wait 5 sec, then unlock again, maybe ..

Do a "hard reset," reprogram your windows and try again.

Procedure is in the stickies at the top of the page or you can search for it.

Hard reset: Basically you remove the battery cables and touch them together (disconnected from the battery!) for 10 seconds and re-connect.

You could disable Global Opening with WDS, IDS etc. if you don't want it.

Just an idea.

Thank you for all the suggestions, problem solved. Ericjansen was spot on. I had not been waiting long enough when I tested this feature. Waiting 5 seconds between tests did the trick.

I'll probably never use this feature, but now I can say it works and I learned something.
