I fully raised both of my front seats to clean, when I tried to return seats to normal position the front portion would not go back down. I then looked under the drivers seat and I found a disconnected cable.... Any takers

 

Just a guess but, raising them all the way might've pulled the wiring harness loose once it reached its full length.
