Very bad Idle
Idle is very bad when warm, feels and sounds like an LS1 with a cam (chop chop chop), when i put it in drive it lowers the rpm too 490-500 and is still chopping, the whole car shakes in park or drive. Engine light is on for Car too rich and Too lean both banks also on restricted performance. dont know where to start.

If it cleans up after warming up, likely your engine temperature sensor has failed. Might try cleaning both the MAF sensor and throttle bore and plate, as well. Maybe new EGR valve.
Finally, and more importantly, have the plastic secondary tensioners been replaced with the newer metal ones? A really bad idle is a symptom of a mistimed engine. If the timing has slipped a link in either chain, you will get a very poor idle. Lots of threads on this issue on this forum.

I had same problem when I changed my spark plugs . when I finished changing them I put back the air intake but I didn't tight it correctly there's 2 bolts up of the throttle body that hold the air intake check them and check for air leaks . I would start with small things then look for major parts to fix .
