Weird SC Belt stretched??

This is a bit odd.
Earlier today I replaced the SC belt and tensioner on my 2001 Xjr. Fairly easy, all from top of car without need to remove anything else.
After replacing everything I noticed there was still a slight squeak. I thus decided not to be lazy and did the accessory tensioner and belt. This meant I first needed to remove the sc belt again.
The accessory belt was a bit more hassle to properly route but I got it done. Now the odd part.
I went to put the SC belt back on (Goodyear gator back) and it is now way too loose. So loose that I can move it on the pulleys. Not sure how it would get stretched out after 5 minutes at idle, or from removing it again.
Am I missing something?
Thanks?

have a look here for another common chirp noise, the pulleys...

+1 on using a factory supplied belt. The mercedes one is the one you have, great if your planning on running a bigger bottom pulley!

After looking again in the light of day, the problem was rather obvious. Indeed, it was the mechanic (me). Belt was routed wrong side of the idler. Am happy to report that the Goodyear GatorBack belts are a perfect fit. I also give two thumbs up to the gear wrench serpentine belt tool. Using that and a 13mm wrench I was able to replace both of the belts and tensioners without removing any other parts.
Thanks for the assist, it definitely helped.

I got them both on Amazon for about $25 each.
Part numbers:
Goodyear 4070923
Amazon.com: Goodyear 4070923 Gatorback Poly V-Belt: Automotive
Goodyear 4080515
Amazon.com: Goodyear 4080515 Gatorback Poly V-Belt: Automotive
I *think* the 2nd one is the SC belt.
