Only got this code after flooring it. Never got the code just putting around.
Happened twice. Cleared the code. Definitely happened after flooring it on the freeway.
So bank 1 lean.... Is this the left or right bank?? are there any hose connections that tend to be the source of vacuum leaks more than any others??

Take a look at this helpful current tandem thread

In my experience you will usually throw a po174 with a bit more driving or the code may already be in your "pending codes" if you have access to them. They seem to pop up simultaneously after clearing the code a couple more times and after continuing driving, ultimately as a result of a vacuum leak. The possibilities of culprits are relatively broad for that code, but if you do not throw both bank codes then you would have to think about investigating certain aspects isolated to bank 1 like injectors or upper O2 sensor. Taking a look at and monitoring your fuel trims and O2 voltages will help a lot with an isolated bank lean code. Bank 1 is the pass side on US cars BTW. The post above gives nice starting points, i'm sure you will have no trouble finding your way around the engine compartment to give a check good luck
