What kind of oil do you use for your XJR?

I'm a member of a few different forums, and these "What Oil..." threads are always amusing. They always escalate so quickly and the amount of mud slinging is unreal.
In my car I normally use Castrol which is also what Jaguar use in the factory and in the dealership. I use a Jaguar branded filter as they are £7 each if you know where to buy them, better than the £12 the car parts shop charges for a brand I've never heard of. I also normally run a can of engine flush around before doing an oil change.

The problem with oil flush is that it's in there for 5 mins. If you use a high detergent oil like Rotella T and then change after a few thousand miles, it was working for, what, 50 to 100 hours? I'd still use oil flush, but if you are trying to fix a particular issue, high detergent oil is more likely to work.
Rotella T totally fixed a sticky tappet on my Discovery V8 that all kinds of engine flush did not. Just got steadily better over a period of about 2k miles.
