I really cannot stand PMs. So you checked and your timing is ok. Good. Let everybody know, so you can get advise on other possible issues. Start with looking down in the crankcase to be sure you haven't dropped something. Years ago, a guy had an issue because his rag was left in the head when he buttoned it up, rag got sucked into the engine (left side issue) and clogged the oil pump. So you need to keep looking. Most of us are here to help, only if you share what you have done.

I had multiple misfiring and the engine was vibrating and not smooth the obd reader did show misfiring in cylinder number 4 and 6 I replaced the coil number 4 with NGK ignition coil and changed the spark plug in that cylinder too with ngk spark plug for the cylinder number 6 I used eBay ignition coil but the coil boot on the eBay coil was too tight I think it wouldn't fit the plug correctly I removed that tight coil boot and used the coil boot from my old denso coil tightened all the bolts of the coil then start the engine the engine run smooth. btw the coil is 4 pin

what if my P1316 isn't accompanied by individual cyl. info?

Oh, I take it back. Upon restarting engine, it came back with, in addition to P1316, also P0301, 302, 303 and 304. Please tell me it's not a skipped timing chain. The tensioners are the upgraded steel ones. We were cruising along at 40 mph w a warm engine when Restricted Performance light came on. No terrible noises and easy enough to drive home 2 miles. But def. misfiring/ running rough at idle.

Look for a broken wire across all right bank cylinders. Then pull the cam cover on the right bank and use a straight edge to check for alignment of the secondary timing chain . . . lots of threads on timing chains . . .
Sort of a shame we never heard what the originator in 2019 found was his cause . . .

O i get it, straight edge across cam lobes. Luckily that won't be necessary. I cleaned the MAF sensor, charged the battery for a day, wiggled some ground wires, pulled one coil and plug on R bank (looked fine), maintained a casual I-don't-really-care air – and running fine again now on all 8 cylinders, no codes. Typical.
