When Doing Knock Sensor-XJR

I sadly have had a pair of promotions such that I don't have time to do much work on the baby anymore.
I am going to be paying a shop to fix the knock sensor that is going bad. I am looking at having them do both knock sensors since they will have the SC off. I intend to have them put fresh fluid in the SC at the same time.
Is there anything else I should be having them do at the same time?
One thing to note is I am kicking around getting an X150 XKR (though trying to talk myself into staying with this beauty for a pair more years and another 60k), so I'm not sure how much I want to invest. I am up to 115k on her and she is in nice shape, but is definitely not pristine (drivers seat wear, rock chips ect)
I am looking at a quote in the 1500$ range at this time.
