Default Wonder What Happened to Thundercat?

I wonder what has happened with that Thundercat fellow? Maybe he got it back and is so happy that he is driving the car all the time and has no time to post?

Not yet. This has turned into quite the project. I think you will all appreciate it for what it is when it's finished. Pics to come in a couple days.

In TC's defense, the shop is waiting on parts.....it's a shame it's taking this long, it'd put me off sending a car there, but hey, lets see what the build produces.

I heard thru urban legend that the car was so fast & powerful that he was unable to handle the car. The first time he hit the gas he lost control of the car & badly damaged it. I hear he is fine but has a badly bruised ego. I am not sure if itis true or just a rumor.

OW, that hurts to look at!

Sean- Yep- I've had to wait for parts, and that hurts too.

Were only talking 6 months here (in 2 weeks that is).

So if TK is still waiting for parts and hasn’t even started here up yet (only to find out that some more tuning is required or even more work to get the desired power levels), then where in for a longer wait am afraid… But who knows, maybe she fires up and lives to here expectations from day 1.

I think the Thunder Kitten may be in hibernation for the winter. The only problem is that at the rate he is going he could be Rip Van Winkle & sleep for 20 years & the car would not only be an antique but still not done "waiting for parts" when he woke up. We should start a pool & pick a date when we think his car will be on the road. The winner would get some sort of prize such as a ride in the Thunder kitten. I pick July 1st (2012).
