Default Would anyone like to pick through my leftover parts pile?

I have sold what was in immediate demand off my 1998 XJ8. I have quite a bit of leftovers taking up half of my master bedroom. I am at yard sale level price.

I have:

  • ABS module/pump w/ pigtail
  • throttle body
  • fuel door lock
  • boot carpet
  • side view mirrors
  • boot seal
  • CD changer
  • boot lid
  • taillights
  • door panel lenses
  • window weather-strips and tracks
  • arm rests (oatmeal)
  • steering wheel (oatmeal)
  • overhead console (oatmeal)
  • vents & clock
  • switches
  • rear passenger-side ash tray
  • transmission & engine ECUs
  • grille
  • AC/valet controls
  • airbags, airbag module
  • ignition modules
  • relays (bag full)
  • grill
  • hood
  • hood seal & cowl panels (side two only)
  • gauge cluster & bezel
  • wheels w/ nice tires
  • center console (lid/cup-holder are worthless)
Sorry for posting this here if I shouldn't have. Most of the stuff is in the classified section, but I have not gotten much response.

I am at $550 now for my total recovery from the car. I'm still trying to get an XJ6 with the money. The seller is considering my $400 offer at the moment.

Thanks everyone!

I'd love to go through 'em. Quite a few parts would come in handy, but that would just be over expensive sending them to Germany...

I can ship anywhere in the world and will make it as cost effective as possibly for you. I know how to minimize shipping rates using various postal services. I have been selling auto parts online professionally for many years, through recent bad luck have been selling these Jaguar parts.

I can use flat-rate boxes for heavy stuff (USA and international) and can use standard first class service for light stuff (just a few dollars anywhere).

Please let me know what you need. Reply here or PM me.

Thanks!

if I ship you the entire pile to look through, you will need to ship back anything you don't need.

I wish I knew what they meant. I'm sorta in the phase of trying to determine that. My 98' XJR has 9E926 AA. I've seen 2 98' XK8's with the same last 2 letters on the TB's and I'm trying to see which ones may be compatible. My car runs just fine with the current TB but, just maybe wanted a spare as a backup. What do you want for it?

I saw your threads back in the winter. I had referred to them when I was diagnosing numerous problems with my XJ8 and confirming them not to be related to my throttle body, which they were not. The TB is fine. You did some great work and provided great info. I'd love for it to go to you. I will PM you.

There are companies that will buy your throttle body as a core to rebuild for a few hundred $, you can probably fetch much more on ebay if you have the time to wait for a sale

For the ABS unit:
The serial number is 10.0209-0268.2

For the throttle body:
I already promised it to another member here, but I would be curious to know where to sell cores though. I thought this might be a possibility for my ECUs.

I responded by private message to the last to users that replied.

I also have the CD Changer and a new Waxstat Water Outlet Pipe w/ Sensor to add to the list of things for sale.

BTW: My classified ads do not reflect the current yard-sale level prices.

Would your side view mirror happen to match this one?

Interested in the oatmeal interior trim pieces and steering wheel, could I get a pic or two?

And, what type of grill and wheels?
