Default X308 Australian build

Is anyone aware of what Australian X308s were built with over the model run (i.e. what the options were)? For instance, I have a 1998 XJR that has the standard audio (at least there are no speakers/woofers on the rear parcel shelf), with a CD stacker. Was this typical, and was premium audio an option? I do have the phone as well (was this standard or optional?), and a $20 long-life Vodafone SIM has me happily receiving/making calls from the headunit. Just don't send me an SMS (I forgot that early mobiles were slow to take up SMS, and the menus do not make it easy to access)!

If anyone has a dealer brochure (or even better, a price list) it would be a nice little historic document!

Dave

Thought about the same thing myself Dave. Would be interesting to go back in time and talk to the dealer who sold my car and see what upgrades were available at that time. I see on here that some are talking about a problem with their sub woofer?? Wish I had one to be able to fix it. I can't one as a second hand part. Although I have found some great cosmetic upgrades during my searching.Off topic: But the instrument gauge chrome surrounds look soooo factory no-one knows they are after market and they really add to the dash.. Good Luck if you find any brochures,I sure would be interested. Cheers Neil (Bairnsdale Vic)
