Hello everyone

Can someone help ?

My passenger side mirror does not work

I am able to adjust the driver side but not the passenger side

Is the problem with the driver control or the mirror

Haroche,

I've moved your question from General Tech Help to X308 forum. Members here with the same model will be able to help.

I very much doubt it!

Do you have Powerfold or standard door mirrors?

A simple job to remove mirror glass.....just press on inside edge with thumb and lever outside edge with other hand until it 'pops' from it's mounting.
If heated, remove conector and place the mirror down.
The drive motors for vertical and horizontal movement will be seen.
Have a can of elecronic spray cleaner/lubricant hand and give the motors a good spray....injecting some intp the mechanism.
Also look to see that wiring is clean and secure.
While mirror is off, check the movements.
It may pay to spray some lube in the arm rest switch as well as the forward mirror controlbutton (round one)
Still no joy, you will have to dig deeper to expose connetors.

Ok thanks I will try it.

Can it be the control module?

Is it easy to remove and open?

I doubt it.
It's usually peripheral problems that cause these faults.
These cars are different to early models as these have 'multiplex' wiring
and are far superior to earlier set ups.
Problems are usually down to fuse, relays or wiring connectors, followed by the motors themselves and lastly possibly BCM.

I brought the car to a glass specialist and an electrical expert. He found that the passenger front door module LNC2120AE/XXX is not working properly. So I ordered a new one on Ebay.

When he re-installed it my electrical window stopped to work from the driver console as well as now both side mirrors are not working.

Finally when I got to the gaz station I could not open the gaz tank door.

Are this all inter connected are just more problems?

Can someone help?

I did a hard reset and everything is back to normal but the passenger mirror still does not move.
I replaced the passenger mirror assembly. No change
I replaced the driver door module . No change
I then replace the pasenger module . Still nothing.

My last option is to replace the door switch module .
