Default XJ8 #7 cylinder misfire-HELP

I have a 2002 XJ8 4.0 liter. I have a misfire on cylinder #7. I replaced all the spark plugs and the coil on the #7 cylinder. My scanner still says #7 misfire and I can feel the misfire in the exhaust. Any other ideas?

Thanks for the other info Jag Genius!!!!!!

may have to check your valve timing.. and/or do a compression test.
