XJ8 the light bulb inside the high beam at the bottom

Default XJ8 the light bulb inside the high beam at the bottom
It is located in the high beam housing at the bottom. This small light is not working and needs to be replaced. How do I get it out? Do I pull it straight out or does it screw out. Where do I find the number or specification for it?

It is a wedge type 5watt bulb and though it is stiff it just pulls out by gripping the rubber holder.

The whole connector twists and then pulls out, then the bulb is just a press fit

The lamp is called the 'PILOT LAMP' among other descriptions.
