Default XJ8 X308 1998 - Instrument Cluster lights

The instrument cluster is not illuminated indicator light (green). I've been using the "AUTO" car position and the lights come on yes when it is dark, but when the lights come on it still does not light up on the instrument panel lights. What could be the problem? In fact, I suspect that the fault could be "flasherswitch", which is that "Trip switch " and even that did not work, I think..

Try turning the panel light dimmer switch to the opposite of what it is now set at.

If that isn't the cause then check the bulbs.

The Instrument Pack has to be removed to access the bulbs.

I checked yesterday those instrument panel lights and three of the bulb was broken, but it's indicator light (green) does not light up in the right gauge, which knows that the headlights are turned on. That`s lights I mean.

I mean this bulbs. With a picture of the instrument cluster. Picture 4

Is this indication lights bulb, which can be changed??
Or is it the fault the indicator switch?
I am afraid a little bit to take the steering wheel off, due to airbag!

l.e.d failure, there's a number of them on the instrument pack that can fail over time, they can be replaced but it's best left to a specialist, they're suface mount (soldered onto the board) not screw-in illumination bulbs.
