Default XJR 100 wheel and caliper refinish

Looking to get the 4 centers redone, and all 4 calipers. Wheels I want to get redone in the factory color, but brushed. The wheel bolts, I will buy the gold plated ones. Plan to get the "bbs" lettering painted red. Anyone know what the paint code is for brake calipers? Also, where can I get the red jaguar lettering for the calipers? Is the "jaguar" clear coated over the caliper, or just stickers? As you can see, my centers and calipers could use a refinish.

Wheel trims. I know the 19inch trims are basically gone. If I remove them, and polish the lip of the wheel, will they look smaller visually?

EDIT: I already have new center caps. Oem red caps.
Was going to buy some 2 piece aftermarket wheels, but decided against that.

There are a lot of options on EBay for vinyl stickers. Either Jaguar or the leaper.
I used white Jaguar letters with my red calipers.

I forgot but I just replace the center caps when they fade. So many colors on EBay. They are not as tight as the factory center caps but with a bit of tape you can snug them up.
I also sprayed clear over the vinyl to help make it last. I just got red caliper paint in a spray can and did them on the car after masking them off.
Seem to be holding up after I replaced the factory dusty brake pads with Porterfield pads.

Anyone know what we torque the wheel bolts(not the lug nuts) to?

Searching for this spec can be daunting but the consensus seems to be between 12 & 15 ft/lbs with blue loctite. This also acts as a torquing lube so I would not approach the upper limit. Probably more accurate if you convert to inch/pounds and use the appropriate torque wrench as our regular wrenches barely work at anything less than 15 ft/lbs.

Back when I was refinishing the Montreal’s and getting another replacement wheel, I asked sbwheels what I torque the barrel spline bolts to and he said 11 ft lbs. I’m sure he told me in Newton meters but I just converted it to ft lbs. Anyways, I’m not trying to add confusion or contradict what XJR-100 is saying, I’m just going with what I’ve been told. I still have mine to 11 ft lbs with Loctite blue and have had many happy trouble free miles on them over the years.

Finally have some time to work on my cars. The 100 is on jack stands so I can get the centers redone. But of course, the wheels are like welded and won't come off the rotors.

HT Blaster around the hubs and let them sit overnight. You may need to hammer them off to break the rust and corrosion . . .

Yup, my dad helped me hammer them off. Luckily no Ti bolts stripped or cracked. But I did buy new gold plated bbs bolts.

Good job! I bet all those small nooks and crannies around the bolts are real fun to keep clean too!

They are! But I'm a detailer, so I enjoy it. Just dropped off the centers. Getting them brushed with gloss clear.

Bolts arrived quickly from the UK!
Well the centers off is easy, but tedious. I wouldn't use power tools when loosening all the small bolts. Socket you'll need is an M8 Spline drive. I know the gold bolts isn't everyone's taste, but I love them. I'm removing the trim rings. Can't find any new ones, and mine are pretty nasty. So, I'll be polishing the actual lip of the wheel.

Even sbwheels didn’t have any of the trim rings?
