XJR rear door panel

Default XJR rear door panel
I need to replace the window blind on the RHS rear door. The main dealer wants an arm and a leg to do it so i wanted to know how easy the rear panel is to remove then I will do it myself.

Go here: http://www.justanswer.com/view_image...5117_doorx.png. This gives instructions for the removal of a front panel, but I imagine that the back ones are similar. I have been intending to take a couple of mine off to replace the light switches, but I haven't gotton around to it yet, so I don't know how well these instructions work
