Hey all, the small strip of fabric covered metal that is on the trailing edge of the sunroof opening was missing, so I bought one from eBay, but I don't see how to attach it. It just sits there, but when I go up hill or accelerate, it falls back into the headliner. How is it attached? Thanks!

The fabric covered drain channel can be replaced by just removing the metal sliding roof panel. All you need to know is in a few TSBs I posted in the large file download section.
The panel clips into the plastic sliding units that also hold the PEGS for the pivoting metal arms. Metal spring clips are added to keep the panel in place.

That sounds like the front part (the larger one) it pretty much slides out rearward through the opening that's there when the roof is popped up. There are two detent springs at the front that secure it to the sliding mechanism. The rear is under tension from two springs that keep it from rattling up and down. All of that will be evident when you open the sunroof and look in from the rear. A little tug is all it takes to release the panel from the detents. Then you can slowly wiggle it out through the rear while takig tension off of the springs with a hook or something! That's what I did anyway.
