Default XJR Timing Alignment

In a rush to complete the timing chain job, I stupidly pulled the primary chain off of the passenger side without installing the camshaft locking plate.
Chains are off and this is what I have so far.

1. Flexplate lined up to inset plug
2. All cams flat spots in correct position
3. #1 Cylinder TDC

The passenger side primary chain has slack in it on the top of the chain. Does anyone know if I can just rotate the sprocket to take up the slack?

I mistakenly pulled out the tensioners without lining everything up, I pulled the cams out then lined up the crank and put the cams back in so the flats were aligned. It took a little more time but it was better than bending a valve trying to turn it when I had no idea if things were lined up or not.
The car runs perfectly!!!
