Default XJR Transmission Casting #
I am in the process of having the transmission rebuilt (2001 XJR). I have located a provider for all the parts, but struggling to determine the exact version of the 722.6 we have in the XJR.

The parts provider is looking for the transmission casting number that commences with a W.

Anyone have any pointers on where this is located? Attaching what I see on mine, but the number I have starts with an R.

The XJR "Mercedes" 722.6 transmission is a W5A580. I`m not sure, if you can find this number somewhere written on the transmission.
