Default XJR100 , for 20k

Hi,

I have heard of an XJR100 with 11,000 miles for 20K . Do you think its a fair price?

Thank you
Terry

It had better be immaculate, but to me personally a special model just means it was special then, now its another used car that I may (may) pay a little more for, but will try hard not to.

I ran a car fax on a 18,000 mile XJR100 and from Carfax, based on the history of that car put retail price $18,680.
https://www.carfax.com/api/consumers...99fc4b7862992b
So again, it's only worth what someone is willing to pay. If being a 100 means nothing to you look for a standard XJR.
Terry007, you mentioned in the other post you thought 13k may be to much. Is 7k less miles worth $7k more?
I think I have one more car fax left. PM me the vin if you want me to run it on the 20k car.

At the end of the day, outside of its rarity value, an XJR 100 is just an ordinary XJR with a gaudy interior and rougher ride.

...don't forget about the Brembo brakes!

I love my 100, BUT I would be more than willing to exchange to a regular XJR to get a bit more of a comfy ride.

Want to trade shotimer?

I think 15-17k will have that car sold in no time especially since it only has 11k miles on it.

The "100" has exactly the same suspension than a 02 XJR. The only difference being 19" tires instead of 18"
Really doubt that a 1" difference would make it a noticeable rougher ride

-Yes, I know. But, every little bit helps. The more air/tire you have the softer the ride.

-I have driven a 'regular' one. They are a bit softer, the XJ8 even more so. Personally, I love the '100'. It isn't 'rough' to me, I just feel the road. My wife has had back issues her whole life - so she doesn't like the 100 as it isn't a soft ride...which makes it an uphill battle for me.

What I really need is an '02-'03 Super V8.

People tend to over-inflate.
From the manual
"26 lbs front and 28 lbs rear for max comfort".
