94 XJ12 remote key fob??the

I have a red light flashing light on my 94 XJ12 dash so I assume that there is a security module. Mine came with no key fob for the remote looking so I'm wondering if these can be bought and programmed. Any ideas?

The fobs only lock and unlock the car. There's no security function in the fob. The switch for the security dash light is in the centre armrest, driver's side, other switch on passenger side opens the trunk.
