You have what is known as a "parasitic draw."

my 92 had same problem. jag dealer could find nothing. BUT--did say my battery is to small (650amp). factory is (900amp). changed it out and fixed problem. Happened again and this time I was sitting in car, turned off and my automatic seat belts were still trying to engage and disengage. pulled fuses and problem fixed. have to take it to dealer to fix seat belts. (under lifetime warranty)
