Default Daimler XJ40 seats need wiring help

Hello folks,
I just purchased some Daimler XJ40 seats to use in my MK2 restoration. The seats came with the original switch panels for each seat and they are connected. However I don't have a clue how several of the other wiring connectors are connected to the power source.

I can give specifics on the wires and connectors to which I am referring. Is there someone on the forum who has knowledge, or a wiring diagram, of the seat wiring on the XJ40 who might be able to help me figure out how to hook these seats up and make them functional?

Thanks very much!

Lin

Default Daimler XJ40 seats need wiring help

Hello,
With Bryan N's help I have been able to get all switches and motors on the passenger seat(LH Drive) working. On the driver's seat I have everything working EXCEPT the fore/aft motor. I suspect that the problem is the wiring not the motor.

On the driver' seat there is an "extra" connector with three wires. One is solid pink, one is pink with a grey tracer, and one is black with a brown tracer. Bryan has advised that these wires are for the fore/aft motor in parallel with the fore/aft switch in the switch pack (the assembly of the four switches to control movements) to allow the seat to be moved rearwards when the door is opened before the ignition key is inserted.

I don't care about using this feature, but these wires and their connections (power and/or ground) seem to be keeping me from operating the fore/aft motor at all.

How should I connect them to get functionality?
This is a short video showing what I am referring to:
