If you are wanting to convert to 134a refrigerant, you should find and read Jaguar Publication JTP_425 (Jaguar Training Publication 425)
Gus should have it on his site.
The .pdf is too large (over 6.5mb) for me to attach to this post but an internet search for the document should yield results.
The original R12 charge weight should NOT be used to retrofit R134a. The publication will have all the info you need.
