Welcome to the Jaguar Forums! It's great to have you with us.
The last time I checked, Michelin was still offering metric tires, but they were very expensive. Here are a couple of links:
Michelin Classic Tyres
Lucas Classic Tires
The rarity and expense of metric tires has prompted most owners to retrofit SAE inch-dimension Jaguar wheels from another XJ40, X300 or X308. Depending on the style of your wheels, you may even be able to find some that are very similar but that will fit more common SAE tires. In the U.S., eBay is a common source for good salvaged wheels, but it would be worth checking with local salvage yards in your area.
Cheers,
Don
