Jaguar Sovereign headcloth replacement.
Hi Guys,
I did a post on removing the headcloth and sunroof from my 1989 Sovereign some months ago.
I have finally got it all back in place.
The motor trimmer charged me AUS$240 for the material and glueing it all on.
It took me a couple of days to get everything out and a day and a half to replace everything.
I had to get new trim clips from Jagbits in the USA, free plug there as they have been very helpfull.
The clips come in a male and female fom and are used to hol;d the cant rails in place, which also secures the headcloth.
Replacing the sun roof had me foxed for a while but with a bit of jiggling it dropped into place ok.
I now have an electrical problem with the sunroof, no power from the relays under the dash on the passenger side, so had to operate the sunroof with wires direct from the battery to the sunroof motor plug.

Thanks for the update! Looks nice! I've used your earlier pics to help me remove my sunroof for replacing my headliner. Only difference is I split my board right about even with the trim seam by the 'B' piller. I got pics somewhere to upload...
Now just trying to re-align the sunroof.
..dz..
And thinking about the visors...
