I called the Dealer I used to work for and the EAC4119 is NLA.
You might try Motorcars LTD in Houston and see if they have an old block to get the once used bolts and re-use them!!
You might have to buy a used/damaged engine and steal the bolts from it.
Try ARP and see if they have a substitute or UPGRADE stud/nut kit.

Lumpy, if you know the thread size, then you can probably get what you need through a place like Fastenal. They will get just about any bolt you need, in the length and strength rating you need. All the information that a place like that would need is written right on the bolt itself believe it or not. So, may want to take a bolt in and see what they tell you.
