New to Jag
Hi Gents,
hope everybody doing good and I am happy to join this forum
Finally i bought my first Jag, it was my dream car when I was a kid-1990 XJ 40 Daimler.
I love this car so much, only one owner who took care of this car relatively low mileage 125000 KM with a good service record.
I used to collect other car, I still have W140 1994 S320, Lexus LS460 1999 and W126 500 SEL. and I like to take care of them and DIY.
I have a squestion regarding the jag, when I drive it in a high way I noticed that there is a hot air coming from the bottom, but when I turn the AC on, I got nice cold air. not sure what is the problem. can you please help.
thanks in advance

Hi Ahmed:
Welcome to the forum and to Jaguar. Be sure to introduce yourself in the "Intros" section. The blend flaps on these old cars get sticky and stubborn. Both last fall and this spring I had luck removing the passenger/right side knee bolster and rapping the blower housing with a wrench. This jostled loose the flaps and I'm back in business. If that doesn't work, and they are truly stuck in position, it may require more digging into the dash - but that is really opening a can of worms, so to speak.
Cheers,
Scott
