Spent hours on the official jaguar site without any luck.

Maybe a door panel clip would work? The panel appears to be a trim piece and nothing more.

The problem is going to be that the part is likely listed in the UNILLUSTRATED PARTS section of the Parts Catalogue.
Generic firtree pushpin or simply 'clip'.

No real way to identify and might be NLA?

Our local NAPA store has a pretty good selection of plastic rivets and fir tree fasteners. You might be able to find something that matches closely enough to work.
