The 1993 and 1994 Majestic was a coachbuilt long wheelbase version of the XJ40, lengthened by 5 inches, together with a slightly raised roofline, with the stretch put in by Coventry Aerospace. To my knowledge, they were never officially imported to the USA, but of course some may have been imported privately, for use by embassies etc.
They were aimed at captains of industry and senior politicians (John Major and Tony Blair both used them); few of their first owners will have driven themselves. They were very expensive cars.
Quite a bit of research into the Majestic long wheelbase cars has been done by Rob Jenner, a long time XJ40 enthusiast and Chairman of the Jaguar Enthusiast's Club in the UK. He had access to the Jaguar archive, so his build numbers are likely to be correct. According to the Jaguar build data, there were 31 Jaguar XJ12 Majestics built in left hand drive.
He wrote this:
"my figures give the following for V12 cars
Jaguar RHD home 1325
Jaguar Export 1565
Jaguar LWB RHD home 7
Jaguar LWB RHD Export 2
Jaguar LWB LHD Export 31
Daimler RHD Home 1102
Daimler LWB RHD Home 7
Daimler LWB RHD Export 42
Daimler LWB LHD Export 51
Daimler LWB unidentified , presumed RHD HOME
Majestic totals are therefore 141 V12 cars, which we know to be 99% correct
Protoypes I have a figure of 27 cars all in 1991, but there may well have been some in early 1992 as well, in fact we know for sure there were, one escaped which I tried to buy last year"

There is a specific Jaguar Majestic thread on XJ40.com. As far as I know, Rob Jenner isn't a member of Jaguarforums.com,

racedad05,
Welcome to the Jaguar Forums! I think I can say with confidence that most of us have never seen a V-12 Majestic LWB, so we're all going to anxiously await photos as you make progress!
As Scott mentioned, please visit the New Member Area - Intro a MUST - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum and post an introduction so we can give you a proper welcome and know a little bit more about you and your Jag.

I too have had my coffee/cream XJ40 / XJ12 for nine years. It has 136,000 miles on the clock. It has had a storied history since I purchased it and I am also in the process of restoration, but currently am driving it daily. Its an amazing ride. I just joined the forum and cant wait to discuss some of its traits with others here. I am a "shade tree" mechanic and try to do most of the work myself, but I am far from advanced on weird issues. I have no idea if mine is a majestic, but I do know that when we looked for a home, several houses were rules out because the garage was too short for the car. How could I find out if its a majestic? I know driving it feels like firing up the space shuttle. It does have a glove box in lieu of an airbag on the passengers side. It also has no cup holders on its flat and rather plain leather console lid. Any thoughts or ideas would be much appreciated. I would enjoy sharing thoughts and ideas with the other gentleman who bought his cat 9 years ago. Thanks, Jeff

Hi Jeff,
Welcome to the Jaguar Forums! I'm no expert on the Majestic, but the few I have seen were all red in color and had "Majestic" on the trunk/boot badge where other up-model XJ40s would have "Sovereign" or "Vanden Plas." All the Majestics I've seen also had special lattice wheels and the seats were a light cream or magnolia leather with red/mulberry piping.
There's a bit of information here, which may or may not be completely accurate:
