I've bought one of those rollover jigs/rotisseries for my XJC (heavy duty with self loader and balancer, will add my own castor arrangement). Haven't got the car on there yet as the front chassis arms were so rotten I'm having to rebuild them.

I'm probably not going to strip the heater and blower out of it as I know from experience what a pig of a job it is but everything else will be stripped off or cut off (but if there is any signs of rust under there I'll have no choice.)

I'm fighting to get it on there before I go on holiday, when hopefully I'll have the time to post some pics of the project.

Currently I'm in the Oh my God what have I taken on stage!!

Blowers aren't all that bad. I did mine in about 2 weeks of "spare time," (after taking some out of a junker in a yard to learn how to do it) including removal, cleaning, lub, adjusting cage position and reinstallation.

Matrix? Not Even!
