1969-1970 XJ from SA without chassis stamping?

Hi all, I need help!
I'm reaching out to hear if anyone has similar situation.
I bought an early XJ6 from South Africa, and the car seems does not have any chassis stamping. It has commissioning plate with all information stamped there, though.
Jaguar Heritage Trust can't confirm if chassis stamping was done in the assembly plant at that time. And according to them since the company is no longer there, there's no manufacturing documentation can be found to support this case.
I am stuck in the registration process due to this issue. (I may have risk the car going to scrap yard if the process failed...)
The authority may approve my registration if I can show evidence that other cars was also manufactured without chassis stamping.
Please reply below if you have no chassis stamping (and it can be any other model too), to support my case.
PS. I have checked all possible chassis stamping locations as indicated by multiple people in multiple forums.. in case anyone ask.
