Assuming the lights in question simply don't work and the bulbs are known good......
These problems are almost always caused by bad grounds, dirty/corroded connectors, dirty/corroded bulb sockets. The grounds for the marker lights on the fenders are especially vulnerable to the elements.
Here's some reading:
Parking/Marker Lamp Circuit Checklist
Post back for more details if needed

In the quick links there are links to all the service manual chapters. Included is a section on Electrical that contains wiring diagrams. It is this one:

you need to disconmnect the battery, then go to the engine bay fuse box (next to the coolant tank), there are 5 fuses there, 4 for the front headlights, 1 for the auxiliary electric fan under the bumper.
once the battery is disconnected, clean the brass fuse holders of any corrosion, and close them so the fuses fit tighter.
Done.

^^^ This should be part of the 10-year routine service list
But, the tail lights and marker lights are on different fuses !
