Yes, it is possible to install a push-start button. The costs can vary depending on how it's done. I have to ask though, do you want the push-start button because you like them? Or is it because the ignition switch is broken?
The reason I ask is that it might actually be cheaper to replace the ignition switch than to install the button. A push start button itself probably isn't all that expensive. You can get cheap ones for a few dollars or an expensive one for probably $25. The wires from the original ignition switch will have to be re-routed and depending on how you want the button mounted you might have to have a hole drilled in the dash. A local garage can do it easily in about an hour.
