Thanks everyone. I can't tell you how glad and lucky I feel right now. I bought this not knowing if the engine was siezed or if the ignition system was garbage. I saw something that might have gone to a scrap yard and knew it just needed a little help.
After 15 years of sitting the shiney bits took a beating. I wanted to show how I got the wheels to look a little better. This is before any metal polish.

Sorry missed this post at the time, yes it is a washer pump.
The yard had a $20 Day, all you can carry out in one go for $20. I think they were trying to have a bit of a clean up.
I walked out with my tool box plus 2 hubcaps,2 fuel pumps, 2 tail lights, 2 fuel tank caps, 2 rear seat belts, oil pressure switch, window washer pump, master cylinder,dist cap with new set of leads and oil filler cap.
Haven't used any of it yet but I reckon I got my 20 bucks worth put away for a rainy day.
