'79 BBS Gold Center Wheels on BAT
Anyone looking for a period-correct custom look for a XJ6 / X12 / XJS should check out this auction at Bring A Trailer. These wheels are a bolt-on conversion.
I had this exact wheel on my second XJC, and it's a great look.

Cools wheels, brings back memories
When you say you used this 'exact' wheel, do you mean that literally?
In many cases the center bore of Chevy-spec (and most other) wheels is too small to fit Jaguar hubs. And, in most cases, it's a simply matter for a machine shop to re-bore the holes as needed
Just something to double-check before buying.
Cheers

Very cool period wheels. Wrong offset for Jag XJ though. Jag's need a high positve offset usually something like 28 to 36mm. Those wheels might still fit becasue they are narrow enough.... BUT the scrub radius would be all off and may not "feel" right going down the road. An offset that is more that 1 inch from ideal might tram-line and become unstable in some emergency driving situations.
