Hey guys, on the hunt for some lower windshield corners. Any suggestions?

You might find a car in a boneyard with rust free corners that could be cut out. Rust is usually what sends these cars to the boneyard to begin with. Don't get your hopes up. Maybe try David at Everyday XJ?

The usual repair process is to cut out the rusted area and fabricate new metal to weld-in. Not inexpensive.

Hopefully the rust hasn't gone too far. Sometimes it goes all the way down into the firewall. What you see on the exterior is just the tip of the iceberg

Cheers
DD

Hey Doug, yeah I have a lot of time into rust repair on this turd lol. Was hoping for an easy out and source a few panels for cost savings. Guess I should get that windshield out of the way and see what she's looking like.
