Here is a link to a pdf with all of the parts exploded showing where all the screws fit and what they hold in place:

If I understand you correctly, you want to remove the two screw pictured below, beneath the rear corners of the entire console set up. Either way, that pdf link should at least depict what you are describing.

I had one hell of a time figuring out how those ashtray holders (the nonremovable casing around the removeable cannister inside) were affixed to the metal surrounding them on the underside of the whole underneath the center console until I saw the diagram on page 2 of the pdf I posted. Tiny screws!
